CAUTION! Please Watch for our Groomers! CAUTION! Shugah Valley Snow Riders operates a total of three groomers that may be out anytime day or night. A groomer only travels at a speed between 5-8 mph and they are very large machines. Always stay on the lookout for our groomers. Please use extreme caution when passing our groomers. Snowmobilers should always yield to groomers. |

TRAILS ARE CLOSED!
Trails are now closed. The Sugar River Trail is open all year but has no snow on the Claremont side. The gates on the Sugar River Trail are up. The gate on Washington St. near Maurice Auto and Truck will be closed later this week or early next week depending on weather and equipment availability. All other gates will be closed by the end of this weekend. The season has been a good one overall. There was plenty of snow as you can see by the years total snowfall. It would have been nice to not receive so much rain after each snow storm making it difficult on our groomers. A big thanks to our groomers for making the best out of a difficult year. I hope everyone had a great season and we'll see you next season! Washington Street Crossing Changes We have a new crossing area on Washington St for this season. Please follow the signs and only cross at the designated snowmobile crossing near Maurice Auto and Truck. There is still some confusion as there are signs that indicate to cross here at the Market Basket light but that sign is for ATV's only. WARMING HUTS ARE CLOSED! Red Roof Inn- The Warming Hut is CLOSED. Dube's Trackside- Warming Hut is CLOSED. |
